AWS team is comprised of the Directors at the fore front of organization leadership, with the top leadership responsibility spearheaded by the Executive Director. A team of managers handling Program implementation Management (PIM), Monitoring and Evaluation(M&E). Others under the team include; The Chief Finance Officer and the Human Resource Officer. All these make up the organization strategic Management team. This team handles strategic leadership roles for the organization, with keen support to the underlying teams, which allows planned activities, outputs, outcomes and impact in time, standard quality and quantity targets.
